Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose) This agreement aims to establish basic matters regarding the terms and procedures of the internet service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by "YERIM Total Interior" (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").
Article 2 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Agreement)
1. This agreement takes effect by notifying users through the service screen or other means.
2. The Site may amend the contents of this agreement, and the amended agreement takes effect by notifying or notifying users in the same manner as paragraph 1.
Article 3 (Definitions) The definitions of the terms used in this agreement are as follows:
1. Member: Refers to an individual or organization that has entered into a service usage agreement with the Site or has been assigned a user ID (hereinafter referred to as "ID").
2. Applicant: Refers to an individual or organization applying for membership registration.
3. ID: Refers to a combination of letters and numbers determined by the member and approved by the Site for the member's identification and service usage.
4. Password: Refers to a combination of letters and numbers determined by the member to confirm that the member matches the ID allocated to them and to protect their own privacy.
5. Termination: Refers to the cancellation of the service usage agreement by the Site or the member.
Chapter 2 Service Usage Agreement
Article 4 (Establishment of Usage Agreement)
1. By clicking the agree button at the bottom of the terms and conditions, it is deemed that you agree to this agreement.
2. The usage agreement is established by the Site's approval of the service application after the applicant has agreed to the terms and conditions of use.
Article 5 (Service Application)
1. To use this service, the applicant must record and submit the user information required in the Site's designated registration form.
2. All user information entered in the registration form is considered to be actual data. Users who do not enter their real name or actual information may not receive legal protection and may be subject to service restrictions.
Article 6 (Approval of Service Application)
1. The Site approves the service application of the applicant except for the cases specified in paragraphs 2 and 3.
2. The Site may withhold approval of the service application until the reasons for restricting approval are resolved in the following cases: a. When there is no capacity in the service-related facilities b. When there are technical obstacles c. When there are other reasons deemed necessary by the Site
3. The Site may refuse the application if the applicant falls under the following cases: a. When applying using the name of another individual (Site) b. When applying with false information about the user c. When applying with the purpose of disrupting social order or public morals d. When failing to meet the requirements specified in the Site's application criteria
Article 7 (Change of User Information) If a member's information provided at the time of application for use changes, the member must modify it online. The member is responsible for all problems that occur due to failure to make changes.
Chapter 3 Obligations of Contracting Parties
Article 8 (Obligations of the Site)
1. The Site provides the following services to members: a. Sending newsletters on new services and domain information b. Automatic input of personal information when registering additional domains c. Various additional services for domain registration and management
2. The Site may not disclose, reveal, or distribute the member's personal information obtained in connection with the service provision to a third party without the member's consent, and may not use it for commercial purposes other than service-related tasks. However, the following 1 is an exception: a. When requested by a national agency under the provisions of laws such as the Telecommunications Basic Act b. In the event of a criminal investigation or at the request of the Information and Communication Ethics Committee c. In other cases where a request is made in accordance with the procedures prescribed by relevant laws and regulations.
3. The Site has an obligation to provide the service continuously and stably in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
Article 9 (Member's Obligations)
1. When using the service, members must not engage in the following activities: a. Using another member's ID improperly b. Reproducing, modifying, publishing, broadcasting, or providing to others the information obtained from the service for purposes other than the member's use without prior approval from the Site c. Infringing on copyrights of the Site or others, or other rights d. Distributing information, sentences, drawings, etc., that violate public order and morals through the service e. Engaging in activities objectively judged to be associated with crimes f. Engaging in other activities that violate relevant laws
2. Members must comply with relevant laws and regulations, matters specified in this agreement, service usage instructions, and precautions.
3. Members must comply with usage restrictions posted on the service announcement board or separately announced by the Site for each content category.
Chapter 4 Provision and Use of Service
Article 10 (Member's Duty to Manage ID and Password)
1. Members are solely responsible for managing their IDs and passwords. Members are fully responsible for all results arising from the careless management or unauthorized use of the IDs and passwords assigned to them.
2. In case of unauthorized use of their ID, or other security breaches, members must notify the Site immediately.
Article 11 (Service Restriction and Suspension)
1. The Site may restrict or suspend all or part of the service in the event of a national emergency such as war, civil unrest, natural disaster, or potential occurrence thereof, or if a telecommunications business operator suspends telecommunication services under the Telecommunications Business Act, or other force majeure reasons.
2. When restricting or suspending the use of the service under the provisions of paragraph 1, the Site must promptly notify the member of the reasons and the period of restriction.
Chapter 5 Amendment and Termination of Contractual Matters
Article 12 (Change of Information) If a member wishes to change their address, password, etc., they can do so using the homepage's member information change service.
Article 13 (Termination of Contractual Matters) Members may terminate the service usage agreement, and if terminated, they must apply for termination directly through the service or by phone, online, etc., to the Site. The Site restricts the member's service usage from the day the termination request is received. If a member wishes to terminate the service usage agreement under the following 1, the Site must notify the member of the intention to terminate and provide an opportunity for explanation until 7 days before the termination action:
1. If the member violates the usage restriction regulations or does not resolve the reasons for restriction within the restricted period
2. If requested by the Information and Communication Ethics Committee
3. If the member unreasonably refuses to respond to inquiries
4. If the member applies for the contract using another person's name or submits false information or false documents in the application. The Site may restrict membership for a specified period for members who have been terminated under the above provisions.
Chapter 6 Compensation for Damages
Article 14 (Exemption Clause)
1. The Site shall not be liable for any damages resulting from failure to obtain benefits expected from the service provision or from the user's selection or use of service data.
2. The Site shall not be liable for damages incurred due to service disruptions caused by the user's fault or third-party intent.
3. The Site shall not be liable for the content of materials posted or transmitted by the member.
4. In the case of domain trademarks, the responsibility for any damages or compensation that may arise rests with the member who purchased them, and the Site assumes no responsibility for them.
Article 15 (Jurisdiction) In the event of a dispute between the Site and a member regarding the service, the court having jurisdiction over the Site's headquarters shall be the competent court.
[Supplementary Provisions] (Effective Date) This agreement shall be effective from March 2024.
