Step Door vs. Hidden Door

The Step Door, similar to a Hidden Door, eliminates unnecessary elements, allowing for a clean and organized spatial arrangement in hidden interior design.

While a Hidden Door minimizes wall decorations to seamlessly match the door and wall, a Step Door has a distinctive design where the door and frame are recessed into the wall, creating a unique hidden interior.

Unlike Hidden Doors, where a regular handle protrudes when installed, the Step Door ensures safety and a tidy space by recessing the handle into the door, avoiding any protrusion.

Especially, the Step Door has a unique structure with no upper or lower frame but only vertical frames on the left and right. This design extends seamlessly to the ceiling, giving the illusion of a unified space, enhancing openness and neatness even in identical-sized spaces.
